​"The Transition"

Effective January 3, 2026, EncourageMen Ministries, Inc. has transition to an online-only meeting format. In-person gatherings at Panera Bread will continue as usual; however, they will move forward under a new name: Fellowship of the Fervent.
​
EncourageMen Ministries, Inc. is also pleased to announce the return of our virtual platform beginning February 7, 2026. Our bi-weekly meetings, known as The Locker Room, will migrate to an exclusively Zoom platform. This transition is designed to provide a secure, accessible, and supportive environment where men can connect, encourage one another, and grow spiritually.

This virtual platform will be known as The Colston Locker Room, named after our awesome brother and EncourageMen leader, Pastor Chris Colston, who transitioned to glory on October 18, 2024. His legacy of faith, leadership, and commitment to men’s discipleship continues to inspire and guide our work.

This strategic transition allows EncourageMen Ministries to broaden its reach and engage men beyond geographic limitations.
​
The in-person ministry, has emerged from a year of dedicated leadership within EM and much prayer. EncourageMen Ministries fully supports the direction this new leadership team is pursuing. If you are seeking a safe, Christ-centered, in-person environment for men’s fellowship, Fellowship of the Fervent has our complete endorsement.
