Chris McLean has a true passion for equipping leaders. In the business world, he has worked in over 24 countries and trained thousands of leaders, ranging from front-line managers to CEOs, on how to be more effective in their ability to influence. Chris has also served as an associate pastor, spoken to many churches on leadership, and coached a variety pastors and their staffs on building high-performing teams.

With his wife of 28 years, Chris has shared his passion for being a godly husband and father in marriage seminars, along with small groups geared towards family. After coming through many adversities, God developed Chris’ greatest passion, which is discipleship, training men how to be strong leaders in their workplace and godly priests in their homes. He has started and led numerous small groups for men and will continue to pursue this calling on his life.
