Encouragemen for me has been like being among a band of brothers who encourage and challenge you in your walk with Christ. Transparency breeds transparency and having a safe place to walk through the real struggles we face as men was so unique in a society which wants to either hide or celebrate sin. I also found it refreshing that gifts and talents are identified and called into action in teaching or other forms of service. There are no walls with race, ethnicity, socio-economic demographics, political affiliations or even church denominations. We truly are all brothers under the same God. This is such a blessing in a world that wants to separate and segregate. That is not found here.
